Before you pay: a short checklist

A few minutes before you upgrade saves surprises later. Before you buy a membership:

  1. Read the membership terms. They set out renewals, refunds and the rules for members, and they use Delaware law.
  2. Note the billing name at checkout. It is what will appear on your card statement, and it may not be the site's own name.
  3. Set a reminder before the renewal date. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel in Settings > Billing.
  4. Decide what you'll share. Your profile is visible on partner sites in the same network, so choose photos and a username you're comfortable with anyone seeing.

What we don't claim

We don't publish member numbers, success stories or testimonials, and we don't describe profiles as checked or verified. Our guides are general information, not legal advice; the editorial policy explains how they are sourced and reviewed.

Help

Account, billing and profile reports go through the help center. For trouble signing in, see log in help; for everything else, the contact page. Safety advice, including where to report a scam, is on the safety page.

Questions people ask

Is Just Divorced Singles a real company?

Yes. The site is run by High Intent Media Inc, a Delaware corporation, file no. 10670515, with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. Membership is governed by the membership terms, which use Delaware law.

Are the profiles real?

Photos are reviewed, but what members write about themselves is not checked. Some members have an optional ID badge, which shows they matched a selfie to a photo ID. Treat any profile as unconfirmed until you've met, and never send money to someone you haven't met.

What will appear on my card statement?

Checkout shows the billing name that will appear on your card statement, and it may not be the site's own name. Make a note of it when you pay, so you recognize the charge later. If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact the help center.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

To stop a membership renewing, go to Settings > Billing in the members area. To remove your profile completely, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account. Cancelling stops future payments; deleting removes your profile.
