Where to log in

The members area is at members.justdivorcedsingles.com/login. This information site and the members area are separate, so bookmark the login page itself.

If you've forgotten your password

  1. Go to the login page and use the password reset link.
  2. Enter the email address you joined with. If you've changed email addresses since the divorce, try the old one too.
  3. Look in your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn't arrive.
  4. Choose a new password you haven't used anywhere your ex might know about.

If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact the help center and explain what has happened.

A charge you don't recognize

The billing name for this site is shown at checkout, and it may not be the site's name. If you see a charge like that and aren't sure which account it belongs to, try logging in with each email address you use, or ask the help center, giving the date and amount of the charge. The prices page explains how renewals work.

Cancelling and deleting

  • Stop paying: log in and go to Settings > Billing to cancel. Your membership won't renew.
  • Remove your profile: click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.

Cancelling alone doesn't delete your profile, and remember that profiles are shared with partner sites in the same network. If you want to disappear completely, delete the account. Our safety page has more on keeping your accounts separate from an ex's, and how it works explains the rest of the membership. For anything else, see contact.
